General Questions
-
Improve Wellness helps clients explore personalized wellness options, including provider-guided services when appropriate. Our goal is to make education, ordering, support, and follow-up clear and convenient while keeping safety and individualized guidance at the center of the experience.
-
The process generally begins with an intake form. When a service requires medical review, a licensed provider evaluates the information and determines whether the requested option is appropriate. If approved, payment and fulfillment can proceed. We provide order updates and support throughout the process. Completing an intake form does not guarantee approval or treatment.
-
No. Improve Wellness is not a replacement for primary care, specialist care, or emergency services. Continue routine care with your healthcare professionals and share relevant information about your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and health conditions before beginning any new product or treatment
-
Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a chronic condition, taking prescription medications, experiencing new symptoms, or uncertain whether a product is appropriate should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Orders, Shipping and Support
-
Processing begins after all required intake steps, medical review, payment, and order information are complete. Timing varies by product, provider review, pharmacy processing, destination, and carrier. Any estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
-
When tracking is available, it will be sent after the order has been prepared for shipment. Depending on the order, updates may come from Improve Wellness, a dispensing pharmacy, or the shipping carrier.
-
Any applicable shipping charges should be shown before the order is completed or communicated as part of the ordering process. Please contact our support team if you have a question about a charge before submitting payment
-
Delays may result from incomplete intake information, additional medical review, pharmacy processing, weekends, holidays, weather, high order volume, carrier disruptions, or special handling requirements. Refrigerated or time-sensitive products may also follow limited shipping schedules.
-
No. Availability may vary because of state laws, professional licensing, pharmacy rules, product restrictions, and handling requirements. We will let you know if an option is unavailable in your location or if another step is required
-
Use the contact information provided on the official Improve Wellness website or in your order confirmation. Include your name and order number, when available, but do not send sensitive medical or payment information through an unsecured channel.
Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
-
Payment eligibility can vary by service, product, and individual plan. Unless you receive written confirmation otherwise, you should expect services to be self-pay. Contact your insurance carrier or plan administrator to confirm whether an expense is eligible for reimbursement through insurance, an HSA, or an FSA.
-
If a payment-plan option is available, it will be displayed during checkout or communicated before purchase. Financing is provided under the terms of the applicable payment provider and may require separate approval.
-
Because some health-related products are personalized, prescribed, compounded, or regulated, an order may become nonrefundable after medical review, processing, preparation, or dispensing begins. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged package, or an order with a verified fulfillment issue, contact support promptly and keep the packaging and photographs for review. Refund eligibility is determined under the policy applicable to the order and governing law.
-
Contact support as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once provider review, pharmacy processing, preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.
-
Appointment cancellation terms, including any notice period or fee, will be provided during scheduling or in the appointment confirmation. Review those terms carefully and contact support as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Product and Treatments Questions
-
Improve Wellness may offer general wellness products and provider-guided treatment options. Exact availability depends on the service, medical appropriateness, location, and current regulatory requirements. Current options and eligibility steps are communicated through official Improve Wellness materials and during onboarding.
-
Semaglutide is a prescription GLP-1 receptor agonist. Depending on the specific FDA-approved product, it may be prescribed for weight management, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk reduction, or other approved uses. A licensed provider must determine whether it is appropriate for an individual patient.
-
Tirzepatide is a prescription medication that acts on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Depending on the specific FDA-approved product, it may be prescribed for weight management, type 2 diabetes, or another approved use. Treatment requires evaluation and prescribing by a licensed healthcare professional.
-
Common effects can include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, decreased appetite, indigestion, and abdominal discomfort. Other risks can be serious, and the complete risk profile depends on the specific medication and the patient's health history. Read the medication guide, follow provider instructions, and contact your healthcare professional about persistent or concerning symptoms. Seek emergency help for symptoms that may be life-threatening.
-
Some FDA-approved products containing semaglutide or tirzepatide have weight-management indications that do not require diabetes. Eligibility depends on the specific medication, approved indication, health history, and clinical evaluation. These medications should be used only when prescribed for the individual patient by a licensed provider.
-
Follow the pharmacy label and the instructions supplied with your exact medication. Storage requirements vary by product and formulation and may include refrigeration, protection from light, limits on room-temperature storage, and instructions not to freeze. Contact the dispensing pharmacy before use if a shipment arrives warm, damaged, cloudy, discolored, or outside the stated storage requirements.
-
Use only the instructions supplied by your licensed provider and dispensing pharmacy. Confirm the medication name, concentration, prescribed dose, measuring device, and injection technique before administering it. Do not guess how to convert a dose into syringe units. If anything is unclear or does not match the label, pause and contact the provider or pharmacy before injecting.
