Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and located in a state where we currently offer services.
Nature of Our Services
Improve Wellness provides a platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. A medical consultation is required before any treatment. All medications are dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider, and only if the provider determines treatment is medically appropriate for you. No medication is available for purchase without a provider evaluation. Improve Wellness does not itself practice medicine or pharmacy; all clinical decisions are made by independent licensed providers.
Not for Emergencies
Our services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide complete and accurate information in your medical intake and to update your providers about changes to your health. You agree to use medications only as prescribed and to contact your provider with any questions or concerns about your treatment.
Payment; Refunds
Prices are presented to you before you commit to any purchase. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available in the footer of this website.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Improve Wellness, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or health information, to attempt to obtain prescription medication for another person, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Improve Wellness disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects the professional responsibilities of the licensed providers who treat you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Improve Wellness, LLC and its officers, members, and employees from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
